Target audience
Q. Who can view art, clubs and events?
A. Anyone. Browsing art, clubs and club events is free and accessible through any standard pc with an internet connection, anywhere in the world.
Q. Who can join?
A. Anyone. The E-art Club aims to bring together anyone with an interest in the visual arts and as such does not limit membership.

Membership options
Q. What membership option should I choose?
A. The E-art club has three membership options:
- Individual membership: This gives an artist full access to the E-art club website. Individual members can display their profile, upload, exhibit and sell art and take part in any E-art club event or competition.
- Club membership: This allows clubs to display their details and list upcoming events on the E-art club website. Your club members can also take advantage of reduced rate affiliate membership of the E-art club. This is the same as individual membership at a reduced rate.
- Affiliate membership: This allows artists who are members of clubs listed on the E-art club website, to take advantage of full access to the E-art club website at a reduced rate. Affiliate membership is identical to Individual membership, at a reduced rate.
Q. How do I join?

Q. What do I need to become an affiliate member?
A. When your club joins the E-art club, they will be give a unique identification number and an affiliate password. Use these details when joining as an affiliate member to associate yourself with your club.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Nothing! The E-art Club is completely free, forever.
Q. Are there any hidden charges?
A. No.

Purchasing art
Q. Which items can I purchase?
A. Items marked as "For sale" can be purchased.
Q. How do I purchase art?
A. All art is marked with the artists contact details. Simply contact the artists and arrange to purchase the art directly.
Q. Do I have to pay a commission?
A. No. The E-art club does not take any commissions from the sale or purchase of art. All sales are completed directly with the artist.
Q. Do I have to sell my art?
A. No. The E-art club is an exhibition. You can choose to display your work as "For sale", "Not for sale" or "Sold". Please note that if sold, permission should be sought from the owner before uploading an image of your art.

Q. How are you attracting people to the website?
A. The E-art club has developed a targeted marketing campaign for 2007.

Q. Will you be marketing internationally?
A. The E-art club is initially targeted at UK clubs and artists, though anyone can browse the website. The E-art club aims to go international in 2008.

Website
Q. Are accounts limited in space?
A. No. You can upload as many images as you like. Each image file is limited to 400kb, to ensure that your artwork can be viewed easily by users who do not have fast internet connection facilities.
Q. Is my information safe?
A. All data is stored on a secured servers and can only be accessed through the E-art club website. Please note that information displayed on personal and club profiles is considered to be in the public domain.
Q. Are my credit card details stored?
A. No. All credit card transations are handled by www.nochex.com, a world leader in online credit card processing. All transactions take place over a secure encrypted connection and credit card details are not stored by the E-art club or www.nochex.com.
